SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A two-storey conservation shophouse with attic at 112 Telok Ayer Street has been put on the market for a guide price of $8.88 million. The property sits on a land plot measuring around 770 sq ft and has a total floor area of around 1,550 sq ft. CBRE is exclusively marketing the property.

“112 Telok Ayer Street offers buyers an excellent opportunity to acquire a fully-let 999-year shophouse tenanted to an F&B operator, and which is strategically located just across the Telok Ayer MRT station,” says Clemence Lee, senior director of capital markets, Singapore.

“Given the strong proposition and palatable investment quantum of below $10 million, we expect buyers who have been waiting at the sidelines to now come forward and evaluate this opportunity seriously,” he adds.

Under the 2019 Master Plan, the site is zoned for “Full Commercial” use within the Chinatown (Telok Ayer) Conservation Area. Both locals and foreigners are eligible to apply. There is no additional buyers’ stamp duty or sellers’ stamp duty imposed.

The expression of Interest exercise will close on April 12 at 3pm.
