Three adjoining two-storeyed shophouses on Syed Alwi Road are on the market at a guide price of $8.8 million, according to marketing agent Edmund Tie.
The properties — 65, 66 and 67 Syed Alwi Road — have a combined site of 3,542 sq ft and a total gross floor area of 6,723 sq ft. The shophouses enjoy a 17m frontage along Syed Alwi Road and are zoned for commercial use under the Little India Historic District, according to URA’s Master Plan 2019.
The sale of the properties will not be subjected to additional buyer's stamp duty or seller's stamp duty, and the properties are eligible for purchase by both local and foreign buyers.
The tender exercise for 65, 66 and 67 Syed Alwi Road will close on Sept 17 at 3pm.
